5/5 Stars – Absolutely Exceptional Care! I hadn’t been to a dental office in a while before I started coming here last year and was a little apprehensive with my first cleaning, but I cannot say enough amazing things about Beth, the hygienist that handled my cleaning. The entire team is great from what I have seen so far, but if you are someone who experiences dental anxiety, you know how terrifying a routine cleaning can feel. Beth completely changes the game. She is hands-down the most kind, compassionate, and empathetic dental hygienist I have encountered. From the moment you sit in her chair, her warm personality instantly puts you at ease. She doesn't just do her job; she genuinely cares about the human being attached to the teeth. Beth is incredibly thorough and deeply knowledgeable, taking the time to explain things clearly, but what truly sets her apart is her gentle touch. She works through the entire cleaning process with me step-by-step, checking in constantly to ensure I am comfortable and not overwhelmed. No pain. Ever. Dr Firer truly puts the patient first; he's conscious and concerned of all possible forms of discomfort from dental work (physical pain and financial pain) and truly makes it pain free. His work is fantastic, his staff and care providers are warm, welcoming, and professional. Top notch dentist, best I've ever had.

My experiences with Dr. Firer's office have always been positive. I recently had to undergo a long procedure. As usual, all the office staff, particularly Joann at the front desk gave a warm greeting and friendly smile. The doctor ensured the procedure was pain-free. It was along ordeal, but the kindness of the doctor and staff made it much easier to deal with. I highly recommend Dr. Firer's office!

Seven years ago I broke a crown off. Very painful. I called Dr. Firer’s office because a friend recommended him. I had been to several other doctors and they recommended an implant. Dr. Firer not only saved the tooth but did an excellent job. I have been going to him ever since. Excellent care and staff!

So thankful that I found this Dentist! Before finding Dr Firer I went to dentists who would recommend thousands of dollars worth of work and I always “needed a deep cleaning.” I’ve also dealt with Dentists in the past who really just did not like people. Crazy! But at Dr Firers office I almost never need work and if I do he will recommend the most affordable option. Also office staff is so friendly and they all have incredible customer service. Dr Firer always takes the time to talk to you and the front office clerk always remembers my name. How many Dentists could you say that about? Also I’ve never “needed a deep cleaning” since going here. Going to the dentist is hard enough on its own but I always feel confident knowing that I will get the BEST treatment for my mouth but I will also be treated the best. I would recommend this dentist to anyone and I do regularly!
